Yes, when posting rips in the forums, it's like telling everyone to come download it before it's taken down.

Alperium...as far as I can see the image source has no limitations on image use/re-use...

Image from author's site says you have to be a member to download...this is one of a selection of walls he does NOT give out for free


From the Digital Blasphemy (which the author has a link to) gallery, there is a copyright on the page...

At the least, the original author should get credit for something that probably took hours in a 3D program to make and render.

I wasn't going to post this stuff. I even PM'd the thread poster and asked him to email the admin's. I thought this was a kinda obvious rip.

Those copyright notices are from Digital Blasphemy...a site whose displayed works are auto-rejected here, as the restrictions are crystal clear...however that was/is not the site linked-to in the notification to me.

Unless [it seems] you actually try to download the image you do not get notification you must purchase/be a member, etc.

The site linked-to has a patently pathetic copyright provision as no 'about' or 'content restrictions' or whatever is available directly...

Either way, logon is removed...
